Intensive/ Verdieping

In een CBC Intensive of 3-series gaan we dieper de ervaring in dan bij een introductieles van 2 uur. We nemen de tijd om te vertragen, te luisteren en vanuit binnenuit te bewegen. Door langere begeleide danssessies, partnerwerk en reflectie ontstaat er ruimte om de practice op een dieper niveau te integreren — niet alleen als dans, maar als levenshouding. We onderzoeken de subtiele lagen van aanwezigheid, intentie, vertrouwen en overgave, en hoe we deze kunnen belichamen in onze relatie met onszelf en met anderen.
Iedere Intensive en 3-serie is uniek en richt zich op verschillende thema’s — zoals familieopstellingen, grenzen, overgave, innerlijke kracht, verbinding, vertrouwen, liefde en transformatie. Zo wordt elke reis een nieuwe uitnodiging om te ontdekken wat er op dat moment in jou tot expressie wil komen.
Deze verdieping biedt een rijke reis van bewustwording en transformatie, waarin de dans een spiegel wordt voor hoe we bewegen door het leven.

Join us on a 6 day training of self-discovery, heart-expression, and true connection through dance and healing modalities. Learn new ways of communicating beyond words – through authenticity, love and expansion for a transformative personal development journey. Dive into the Facilitator Training Course Level 1, Taught by Eline Evaya, CBC Teacher for the FTC Level 1 & Facilitator Level 1-4, accredited by Unity Space and founder Vangelis.

CBC is a somatic dance and healing practice that invites you to listen to the wisdom of your body, integrate your mind and be guided by your heart. A practice that integrates elements from yoga, chi gong, Contact Improv, authentic movement, Passing Through and eastern philosophies.

During the training L1 you will be prepared and accredited to guide CBC sessions on your own. At the same time, the training offers space for personal deepening, self-inquiry, and strengthening the connection between body, heart, and awareness.
