Over the past ten years, AGAPE ZOE has inspired many people, created spaces for authentic encounters worldwide, and continuously provided a platform for personal growth. Our mission has always been – and remains – to foster connection and community, to encourage people to unfold their true selves, and to flourish in a loving environment.
A journey of embodiment and inner harmony focussing on solo exploration
In this 4-part series, we dive into the layers of body, breath, and consciousness. Through somatic exploration, movement, breathwork, and authentic expression, we tune into our inner landscape and learn to embrace what lives within us — consciously and unconsciously. A space to slow down, to feel, and to return to balance in body, heart, and mind.
This session invites you on a deep inner journey — to the place where stillness, truth, and your unique expression meet. Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a movement and healing practice centered around embodied connection — with yourself, others, and life itself. We use movement as a language beyond words, rooted in the heart.
Through dance, touch, breath, and presence, you learn to listen to your inner “yes” and “no,” discover new layers of expression, and grow in trust.
This journey is for anyone who wants to come home to themselves through movement, awareness, and play. No experience needed — just an open body, mind, and heart.

In this session, we return to the place where everything begins and ends: the heart. Through movement, breath, touch, and stillness, we create space to feel what is truly alive within.
We soften the layers of tension, stories, and protection — so we can listen again to the wisdom of the heart: our compass for truth, connection, and expression.
There is nothing to fix or achieve. Only to be present. Held in a space of trust and gentle care, we remember who we truly are: love in motion.

Through Ecstatic Dance with Caroline, Yoga & Breath work, Cacao ceremony, and Contact Beyond Contact by Eline Evaya, we will connect deeper and celebrate love and life together!
