Individual Sessions
A space just for you, to slow down, be present, and connect with what is truly alive within. In these one-to-one sessions, we tune into the signals of your body and breath to uncover what wants to be seen, felt, and released. Whether you are moving through stress, emotional blocks, life transitions, or a longing for clarity and grounding, this is a space for realignment at your own pace. You’ll be supported through somatic exploration, breath, movement, and gentle guidance to return home to yourself.
Relationship Sessions
Whether with a partner, friend, or family member, these sessions offer a powerful space to deepen connection, enhance communication, and explore the relational field. Using movement, somatic awareness, and authentic expression, we explore what lies beneath patterns of disconnection or tension. These sessions support you both in listening more deeply, holding space for one another, and restoring harmony. Together we create a space where understanding, healing, and intimacy can grow.
Group Classes
Group sessions offer the opportunity to journey alongside others in a shared field of presence. Whether focused on a theme—like emotional regulation, the wisdom of the organs, or seasonal transitions—or offered as part of a series, these classes invite you to explore your inner world within a supportive group container. We blend solo exploration with shared practices, sometimes working in pairs to hold space for one another. You are always invited to move at your own rhythm, with choice and agency.
