This practice combines somatic mindful practices, breath, intuitive movement, and hands-on techniques to support your journey inward. We listen closely to the body’s subtle language—meeting your true sensations, emotional layers, and the places that feel stuck or disconnected. Special attention is often given to the psoas, a core muscle deeply connected to our sense of safety, grounding, and unresolved stored emotion.

Sessions are offered individually and at times in group settings, creating a safe space for you to explore and express at your own pace. Each session is a meeting with what is alive in the moment—a return to your body’s wisdom and a gentle invitation to harmonise, release, and reconnect.

It was through the journey into Integrative Somatic Arts that I began to truly listen within myself what was alive

This practice opened a doorway into the subtle language of the body & mind, heart & spirit. I learned how emotions live within our tissues, how our organs hold stories, and how every movement, no matter how small, can be an act of release and reconnection.

As I moved, breathed, and softened into the practice, I felt a deeper harmony, not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and energetically. The more I allowed expression through sound, breath, and creative movement, the more I felt aligned with who I am beneath the surface.
