When I let myself to be guided by my breath, is in its essence to remember the rhythm of life itself.
Each inhale, a soft invitation to arrive into aliveness. Each exhale, a gentle release of what no longer serves. Each hold of the breath, a retention of energy that invigorates you from within.
Breath has always been my compass to self-regulation and expansion in what I desire to achieve the most — through stillness, through movement, through the quiet spaces in between.
In the dance between breath that unites heart and body, mind and spirit, I discovered a deeper listening, one that tunes into the subtle language of sensation and emotion. The breath, ever-present, reveals what lies beneath the surface, bringing light to the spaces I once ignored, or was not aware of. It teaches me to soften, to trust, to move from the essence of truth rather than a space of worry.
Breath in Motion was born from this journey — a weaving of breathwork, Chi Gong, and somatic mindful movement, where breath becomes the guide into inner balance and authentic expression. A practice where we explore not only how we move, but what moves us — from the inside out.
May this practice support you in remembering your centre, reclaiming your empowered state, and returning to harmony and expansion — one breath at a time.
Connect. Express. Transform.

The breath carries more than air—it carries emotion, rhythm, and life. Each inhale and exhale offers an opportunity to listen within and attune to what is truly present.
In Breath in Motion, we explore how the breath connects us to our inner landscape. Emotions like tension, restlessness, calm, or vitality are not obstacles to overcome, but doorways into deeper awareness. Through guided breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic presence, we begin to soften inner resistance and restore balance—one breath at a time.
This practice invites you to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and remember the clarity that arises when breath and movement flow together.

In each session—whether individual, relational, or in a group—we use the breath as a bridge: between body and mind, self and other, tension and release. The breath reveals what words sometimes cannot. It shows us where we’re holding, where we long to let go, and where our aliveness is waiting to move.
Whether you’re seeking personal insight, deeper connection in a relationship, or the supportive presence of a group, each session offers a space to attune to what is alive in the moment.
Through guided breathwork, somatic movement, and intuitive listening, we invite emotion to be felt, expression to unfold, and the body to become a safe place to land. These sessions are not about fixing or changing, but about meeting yourself where you are—so that clarity, release, and transformation can naturally arise.
A journey toward presence, rootedness, and the simple truth of being fully alive.

You are welcome to join group sessions, check the ‘Upcoming Events’ to see the upcoming group classes.
I also offer one-to-one sessions tailored to your personal process, themes, and desires. If the idea of exploring this form of transformative movement and breath practice in a group feels overwhelming, then perhaps a private session could be for you. It provides a supportive space for personal attention and integration at your own pace and in alignment. -
What if I have no experience with dance or somatic practices?
No prior experience is needed. All sessions are accessible, and you’ll be guided step by step. It's about listening to your body, ming, and heart — it is to be curios and present rather than focusing on technical aspects.
For some in depth class, there is experience in CBC needed, if so, this will be stated in the event details.
I feel concerned to be in a group and dance with others, what can I do?
It’s completely natural to feel concerned — many people feel this way when joining for the first time. Group classes are mindfully built up. You're always invited to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for you. If a group setting feels too overwhelming right now, I also offer one-on-one sessions. These private sessions provide a safe space to explore, build confidence, and reconnect with your body in an empowered way. And of course, you’re welcome to reach out in advance with any questions or concerns — I’m here to support you.
Do I need to be physically fit to join?
No, the practice is gentle and adaptable to all capabilities and movement levels. You’re always invited to move in a way that feels nourishing and respectful of your current state.
What should I wear or bring to a session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in trousers and simple t-shirts or long sleeve shirts, the sessions are done barefoot. Bring a water bottle, and perhaps a notebook if you'd like to journal after the session (no notes can be taken during the session).
Can I book a private session instead of joining a group?
Absolutely. One-on-one sessions are a powerful way to receive personalised support and move at your own rhythm. They’re ideal if you're working with a specific theme, seeking deeper guidance, or prefer privacy to express your emotions and current state.
