An invitation to slow down, listen to your inner voice, and connect with what is truly alive in your body.
Do you want to feel more in peace and balanced in daily life? Do you feel an emotional blockage and feeling something is holding you back? Or do you desire an inner clarity to find your purpose in life? Embodied Elements invites you to slow down and listen to what is alive. Through solo exploration we re-discover ourselves, listen, honour where we are at, and create a path for our inner world to expand and create.
Through breath, movement, and somatic inquiry, we travel the cycle of the five organs: Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, and Kidneys—guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this tradition, the organs are not just physical systems, but vessels of emotion, energy, and transformation. The organs are each connected to one of the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements represent more than just nature; they mirror inner qualities, emotional currents, and cycles of re-birth and transformation.
In this journey, you’ll be guided through solo exploration, somatic practices, breath, and mindful movement.
We follow the natural flow of the constructive cycle in TCM, allowing each organ to speak, be felt, and integrated—opening the door to inner clarity and emotional maturity.
Everything takes place in a safe, supportive space, where what lives in you can be heard, held, and welcomed.
What words cannot express, is felt in the silence of your body and heart.
Deepen connection with your inner landscape, release and harmonise.

This can also be especially powerful to explore a relationship, with a partner, friend, family member, or someone with whom you share a close relationship. In these sessions, we focus on deepening connection, opening communication, and gently working through relational dynamics in a safe, body-based way. It can support trust, healing, and deeper presence and connection with each other. Trio or more people relationships.
Group & Team Sessions
Explore belonging — with friends, colleagues, or new faces.
Group sessions offer a powerful shared space for exploration, inspiration, and growth. Whether you join with a group of friends, colleagues for team building, or join a scheduled group class, the group dynamic enriches the experience. It invites you to witness and learn from others while staying rooted in your own journey. These sessions nurture growth, improve harmony in daily life, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore movement, expression, and authentic connection — together.

I’ve always felt the deep interconnectedness between my inner world—body, mind, and heart—and the natural world around me. I have deeply felt how connecting with the elements helped me restore harmony within. Whether swimming in the ocean, walking through the forest, or gazing into the fire, I felt held by Mother Earth, the stability and grounding she provides, the timeless power of nature that reminds us why we are here for.
I felt drawn to explore different ways of harmonising my emotions and sensations, guiding me toward healing traditions rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Eastern philosophies. Immersing in somatic practices and embodied expression, I found in Cosmic Healing and Integrative Somatic Arts a gateway into the profound wisdom held within our organs.
Listening to what is alive within us—to acknowledge, express, and feel what is needed—is an invitation to let go, to honour, and to receive the deeper message held within each sensation.
May this journey inwards and the true connection with nature be a return to wholeness—where every feeling becomes a doorway to deeper connection, and every breath a step closer to your true essence.
Connect. Express. Transform.

Explore the Wisdom of your organs through movement, breath, and expression.
Each organ holds emotional qualities—both pleasant and challenging. These emotions are not problems to fix, but signals to follow and decide what needs to be embraced and what needs to be shifted. When we meet these feelings without judgment and give them space in the body, they begin to shift, soften, and move.
-
Inner harmony :: Trough presence, breath, and movement we are able to transform and harmonise and bring our inner world into balance.

Emotional release :: Movement and true connection support the release of stored emotions and blockages, allowing space for healing and clarity.

Upcoming Group Class: Check the ‘Upcoming Events’ for more info and booking.
This session is available as a personalised journey for a group, or individual session. There is space and flexibility to create a class specialised to your personal needs or group needs. You can reach out for a tailored session.
As a group session we focus on our solo exploration held by the presence of the group. Sometimes we work in pairs to hold space for one another and deepen the connection.
I also offer one-to-one sessions tailored to your personal process, themes, and desires. If the idea of exploring this form of transformative dance & healing practice in a group feels overwhelming, then perhaps a private session could be for you. It provides a supportive space for personal attention and integration at your own pace and in alignment.

What if I have no experience with dance or somatic practices?
No prior experience is needed. All sessions are accessible, and you’ll be guided step by step. It's about listening to your body, ming, and heart — it is to be curios and present rather than focusing on technical aspects.
For some in depth class, there is experience in CBC needed, if so, this will be stated in the event details.
I feel concerned to be in a group and dance with others, what can I do?
It’s completely natural to feel concerned — many people feel this way when joining for the first time. Group classes are mindfully built up. You're always invited to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for you. If a group setting feels too overwhelming right now, I also offer one-on-one sessions. These private sessions provide a safe space to explore, build confidence, and reconnect with your body in an empowered way. And of course, you’re welcome to reach out in advance with any questions or concerns — I’m here to support you.
Do I need to be physically fit to join?
No, the practice is gentle and adaptable to all capabilities and movement levels. You’re always invited to move in a way that feels nourishing and respectful of your current state.
What should I wear or bring to a session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in trousers and simple t-shirts or long sleeve shirts, the sessions are done barefoot. Bring a water bottle, and perhaps a notebook if you'd like to journal after the session (no notes can be taken during the session).
Can I book a private session instead of joining a group?
Absolutely. One-on-one sessions are a powerful way to receive personalised support and move at your own rhythm. They’re ideal if you're working with a specific theme, seeking deeper guidance, or prefer privacy to express your emotions and current state.
